Blueberry Protein Overnight Oats

These easy-to-make overnight oats are a staple in my weekly meal prep! Not only are they super tasty, but they are versitile and packed with protein. You can prep one or many of these overnight oats to give you a nutritious start to your day all week long!

Equipment

  • 1 Mason jar or tupperware container

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Ripe Banana
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Any brand or flavor you prefer will work!
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ¾ cup Almond milk You can substitute your favorite milk here.
  • ¼ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries I prefer fresh here but frozen also works.
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Toppings- Nut Butter, maple syrup, berries

Instructions
 

  • Add the banana to your jar or container and mash with a fork.
  • Add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, almond milk, blueberries, and connamon to your container and mix to combine.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  • When you are redy to eat, remove from fridge and top with your favorite toppings. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days for best flavor.

Notes

  • The calories listed here do NOT include any calories from the toppings. These calories are also based on the Dynamatize Protein powder brand, which is 120 cal per scoop. So, if you are using a different brand, change calories accordingly.
  • You can substitute the blueberries for any berry or fruit you like! Same with the protein powder flavor. Customize this recipe to your liking and let me know how you change it in the comments!
